The CTAs were a bit unclear (e.g., "7-day trial" vs. "Get started").
The "Create Account" page has a large empty space that could be removed or used better (e.g., with testimonials or product highlights).
The trial lasts 7 days but needs a credit card to start, with no free option.
Onboarding could give more guidance to help new users get started.
UX tips: buttons and elements could have better order, and actions during onboarding need clearer directions.
Vozo Video Translator
The homepage and onboarding have too many overlapping elements at the bottom (cookie consent, product hunt pop up, intercom)
The green-blue gradient doesn’t look too great, and the main button in the header blends into the background.
Onboarding didn’t give much value to new users.
Even after signing up with an email, I was asked for a company email during onboarding.
The trial uses points, and most were spent on one video.
The video rewrite feature is interesting, but the lip-syncing doesn’t match after the changes (this might be a separate feature).
Applying rewrites takes two clicks: one on “Apply” in the modal and another on “Update” on the video page, which isn’t clear.
My projects didn’t show on the dashboard until I clicked “All Projects.”
UX tips: onboarding could be improved - improve the questions and make the useful for the users too, maybe add a demo project to play around with, because uploading your own video takes a lot of time
Superchat
The “Try Superchat for free” button is small compared to the “Book a consultation” button.
The design is clean.
There’s a demo showing what the product does.
Something was always loading in the background, but it wasn’t clear what.
The onboarding checklist is easy to follow, but more guidance would help. People often skip videos.
UX tips: The product felt solid, maybe a bit more guidance on the onboarding side, instead of using the 2 pulsing bullets and a somewhat hidden checklist.
I hope these notes are helpful for improving your products!
